Description

In this program, students will learn the fundamentals of ceramics though exciting projects in handbuilding. Students will create both functional and decorative projects, including teapots, bird-houses, whistles, candleholders, bowls, plates and small sculptures. Week 1 will be dedicated to the construction of projects, and Week 2 will feature glazing (painting) with food-safe, colorful pigments!

As an added bonus, this camp runs alongside Ms. Sarah's "Apiary Adventures: A Deep Dive into the Beehiive" program each morning at our school farm.
