Description

This is a great camp for both curious learners and students who already have knowledge of honey bees. From hive construction to honey extraction, students will learn the basics of beekeeping, hive behavior, and the many possibilities for using wax and honey. During the camp, students even have the opportunity to suit up and explore a hive firsthand.

As an added bonus, this camp runs alongside Ms. Raleigh’s Ceramic Class—students can stay for the whole day and create their own honey pot or another favorite ceramic piece.
