Participants must be 8 years to 12 years old when the program starts.
For thousands of years, nature has provided humans with opportunities for art, food, and more. Middle Grades-aged campers will have the opportunity to dive into some of these ancient arts with a week of wildcrafting and wandering! We will explore sustainable ways to use natural resources, learn to identify common native plant and animal species, create unique works of art inspired by nature, and appreciate all of the natural beauty that the Durham area has to offer!
Drop-off and pick-up take place at Camelot Academy, and we will travel by van to local forests and trails.
